Pierre Jean Villa has blended 60% Viognier and 40% Marsanne to make a wine that rivals some of the best Hermitage and Condrieu. Fleshy melon aromas are accented by hints of acacia and blanched almond with a touch of orange blossom. The palate is rich with exotic flavors of honeydew and lychee, all framed by great minerality. 10 months in stainless steel has kept the wine's finish fresh, making for great a great food pairing wine for all kinds of seafood dishes.
