2010 Castelu Dealu Mare Cabernet Sauvignon

This is not a fortified wine, the richness is a result of extended time on the vine. The color is deep ruby with an intense nose of candied raspberry, black currants and a hint of cinnamon. The palate is rich and ripe with strawberries and vanilla cream, layered with a touch of baking spices. The finish is bright and smooth with cranberry and a touch of cassis.
