2004 Jennifer's Crossing Sangiovese, South Eastern Australia

This Sangiovese shows classic characteristics of the grape- smooth, rich flavors, beautiful aromas and a deep, dark color. The nose is filled with waves of crushed violets and black rasberries. Flavors of spiced black fruits, ripe plums and velvety chocolate coat your palate. The finish is long, and takes on a drier style bringing out some earthy and mineral notes.
