2001 Château La Fleur Des Ormes, Pomerol

The color is deep, black plum with garnet flashes releasing a very elegant nose with plum, vanilla and slate, and a weave of mint chocolate chip. The body is round and lush with blueberry, boysenberry and violet notes. The finish is beautiful and very long with smooth leather and soil wrapped around the fruit. There is just a hint of Girl Scout chocolate mint cookies in the finish.
