2007 Amura Cabernet Sauvignon Classico, Maipo Valley

A great Cab with an intense, deep ruby color.  The nose is driven by aromas of black cherry, earth, and dried sage.  As the flavors of cassis and licorice coat your palate, subtle hints of pepper, wild fennel and tobacco come through in the finish.  A wine with great balance and complexity.
