2000 Château de Jouclary, Cabardès, Languedoc-Roussillon

This is Syrah and Grenache, balanced with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc, Merlot and Malbec. Under AOC control this blending has been declared superior for  Cabardès and the result is rich, complex and well balanced wines like this Jouclary. This would be fabulous with local specialties like Cassoulet.
